WHY HEALING MATTERS
Every one of us carries something. Experiences from childhood. Grief. Fear. Shame. Loss. Rejection. Expectations. Stories we inherited. Sometimes we've carried these things for so long, we don't even realize we're carrying them—we simply believe this is who we are. They can show up in our relationships, our reactions, our choices, our boundaries, and the way we see ourselves.
Healing is the process of becoming aware of what we've been carrying, understanding how it has shaped us, and gently releasing what no longer belongs. It unfolds one layer at a time. As one layer falls away, another may reveal itself—not to punish us, but to invite us into greater freedom, wisdom, and self-understanding.
The goal isn't perfection. It's freedom. It's remembering who you are beneath the fear, conditioning, wounds, and expectations—and learning to live as the most authentic, loving version of yourself.

The Age of Aquarius is an astrological era associated with higher consciousness, unity, innovation, and the transformation of old systems. Women have long been connected to the moon through their natural cycles, symbolizing intuition, renewal, and the sacred rhythms of life. To me, my Aquarius Moon is a meaningful symbol of this path — carrying the waters of a new age through the Feminine, written in my Soul, and in the Stars.
