Long Before I Awakened

I was drawn to the name ZOE

Only later did I understand:

ZOE means Life

The early Christians used it to translate EVE—the Mother of all Living.

Saints, seekers, and martyrs carried it through centuries.

I chose it before I remembered why.

It was a seed in my Spirit, waiting to bloom.

I came to bring Life back into Remembrance.

Yet in daily life,

I navigate two names...

When I introduce myself as Jill Christine,

some simply call me Jill.

I wanted to change my name for a reason.

Now, I've come to hold that name with more Love,

though it never fully captured all of me.

Because deep within,

I've always known:

I AM

J C

Here on Earth, I walk as JC,

and from beyond the veil,

The Divine has revealed that I AM:
