It just happens.

All across the world,
Humans are Awakening.

it just happened to me,

🦋 the day My Body Spoke Louder Than My Mind

2015
I wasn’t seeking enlightenment.
I wasn’t meditating in caves or chasing gurus.

I was a single mother—doing my best.
Navigating health issues.
Trying to stay present.
Trying to find joy in the small, beautiful things.

I didn’t know I had a sleep disorder.
I was too busy surviving to notice.
Too alive in the moment to see I was also deeply tired.

Then came the unexpected turning point:
Breast reduction surgery.

Not exactly what you’d expect to ignite a spiritual awakening.
But from that moment on—
my journey of Self-Love began.
My body changed…
and so did my energy.

The weight I had carried—physically and emotionally—began to lift.
And though I didn’t know the word for it at the time,
I was Awakening.

WHAT IS AN AWAKENED BEING?

An Awakened Being

Someone who has come to understand their true nature and purpose. They have Awakened from within to a profound connection with their Higher Self, transcending the limitations of the ego. These individuals think independently, free from the constraints of societal conditioning or external influence

I am simply human—just like you

WE ARE ALL CREATED EQUAL

My Awakening Came from...

Not doing more. But doing less.

Slowing down
Walking in nature
Listening to my Higher Self
Talking to God
Eliminating fluoride
Releasing negativity
Eating clean food
Going within
Healing my wounds
Letting go
Forgiving
Trusting
Gratitude
Love

That’s it.
And it changed everything.

WE ALL CAN BENEFIT FROM SLOWING DOWN

reconnecting with the Earth, and remembering our Creator.

We’ve been doing a damn good job of that.

The Earth took a breath.

The skies cleared.
The noise softened.
She responded to our stillness.

Back in the day, most stores closed on Sundays.
Maybe that wasn’t such a bad thing.
Maybe we all need to live more humbly.

I wish for clean food, clean water, and clean air. I wish for love, peace, and unity.

I wish you well.

To me, wishing is praying.

The time is now.
