I found myself in the familiar role of a single mother, navigating life's journey while seeking moments of joy, even amidst my health struggles. Unbeknownst to me, I had been dealing with a sleep disorder for years, as I was focused on living in the present moment. I hadn’t realized it had been affecting me for so long!

My journey toward self-love began after undergoing breast reduction surgery. The transformation and healing I've experienced since then have been truly remarkable.

I never intentionally sought Enlightenment through practices like meditation; the idea of Awakening felt completely foreign to me!
