It was during an eclipse that I learned the duality of Moon-Time.

The Pineal Gland

Our third eye, has a natural activation rhythm that flows with the lunar cycles. Each month, as the Moon enters a new sign, there is a 72-hour window where the body produces a Sacred Energy that Awakens Higher Consciousness. It is aligned with your Sun Sign.

Of course, it was under a Blood Moon that I first discovered this Truth.

• Tracking the Moon – noting when it enters Aries and Libra each month. Each stay lasts about 72 hours.
   
• Creating My Own Calendar – highlighting New Moons, Full Moons, eclipses, and portals (such as 9 : 9 : 9 or 10 : 10 : 10). These dates carry amplified energy.
   

Sure, there’s probably an app for this. 

We can’t be paying for everything: apps, internet, phone, cable, electric… groceries! Instead, I created a spreadsheet.

Because at the heart of it all is balance
Relationships where both honor their sacred me time.

We all need Sacred Space, 

and even the stars reflect when it’s meant for us.

So let’s honor not only our own rhythms, 

but each other’s as well,
and simply witness what Blossoms.

• Prepare the Body – Eat clean, simple foods. Drink water. Spend time in nature.  

• Protect Your Energy – During the 72-hour window, abstain from sex and avoid negativity or distraction.  

• Meditate Deeply – Focus on the third eye. Visualize golden or violet light expanding from the pineal gland.  

• Journal – Record dreams, visions, emotions, and synchronicities. Over time, patterns will emerge.

When I say I am a Spiritual Student, it’s because I know the Soul, the Energy, and the Healing most deeply. These truths have been shown to me. I have lived them. BY GOING WITHIN!

What I am still learning are the pathways: 

the how, the steps, the structure.

The destination revealed itself to me, though I never studied the map.
Now, learning the how feels like a brand-new adventure.

Growth calls me forward:
