Weather hosts dramatize common conditions. News outlets replay tragedies endlessly. Some even repost old disasters with tiny disclaimers, creating panic over events that happened years ago. Social media amplifies the confusion. The result? Unnecessary fear, when what we need is truth and solutions. 

Perhaps part of the problem is too many news stations competing in big cities. The pressure to outdo one another drives exaggeration, drama, and spectacle. What we need is less noise, less fear, and more focus on how to actually make this world better.
