• What it is: The field of awareness itself — the “knowing” that experiences life. It’s the witness, the perceiver, the experiencer.
   
• Key point: Consciousness isn’t a “thing” but more like the space or field in which all experiences arise.
   

• What it is: The movement or force that animates life and matter. In physics, it’s measurable (heat, light, motion). In spirituality, it’s often called “life force,” “chi,” or “prana.”
   
• Key point: Energy is the “activity” or “movement” within consciousness. Without consciousness, we couldn’t even know energy was there.
   

• What it is: The pattern or frequency of energy’s movement. Everything — thoughts, emotions, physical matter — has a vibrational signature.
   
• Key point: Vibration is how energy expresses itself. Different vibrations (frequencies) create different experiences, forms, and states of being.
   

• Consciousness = the ocean itself.
   
• Energy = the currents moving within the ocean.
   
• Vibration = the unique waves and ripples those currents make.

They’re not the same, but they’re inseparable:
